JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager who understands Instagram and TikTok and knows how to turn existing footage into engaging short-form content.

Responsibilities:

• Repurpose existing behind-the-scenes footage into engaging Reels and TikToks.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to video editors.
• Assist with scripts, hooks, and content structure.
• Create text overlays and basic graphics.
• Schedule and publish social media posts.
• Research trends and develop creative content ideas.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule of approximately 20–25 posts per month.

Requirements:

• Experience with Instagram and TikTok content.
• Strong visual taste and understanding of short-form storytelling and pacing.
• Ability to provide clear creative direction to editors.
• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work.

This is a part-time position to start, with the potential for more hours as our workload grows.
