JOB OVERVIEW

Audience & Market Development Coordinator (Similar to SMM, but more)

We are looking for an organized, curious, and dependable Audience & Market Development Coordinator to help manage audience engagement and market-development activities across several of our online brands.

This is not primarily a content-creation position.

Your role will focus on social media account management, audience engagement, prospect research, relationship development, and capturing useful market intelligence.

Primary Responsibilities

You will support the following brands:

Systemized Freedom
• Manage audience engagement on Instagram.
• Find and interact with relevant accounts and conversations.
• Help us better understand the professionals and entrepreneurs within the brand’s target audience.

Aerospace Quality Academy
• Manage audience engagement on Instagram.
• Engage with Aerospace Quality, engineering, manufacturing, and related professional communities.
• Capture recurring questions, problems, terminology, and audience interests.

BookedJobs
• Manage audience engagement on Instagram.
• Conduct LinkedIn market-development activities focused on the home-services industry.
• Research and connect with relevant business owners, operators, and industry professionals.
• Support relationship-building and approved outreach activities.

Audience Intelligence

Across all three brands, you will also help us identify and document:
• Recurring problems and frustrations
• Questions people repeatedly ask
• Audience terminology and phrases
• Common objections
• Topics receiving strong engagement
• Potential customer needs
• Useful market trends and observations

We are not interested in activity just for the sake of activity.

We want someone who can engage with a market and also recognize:

“This keeps coming up. We should pay attention to it.”

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:
• Have excellent written English.
• Are comfortable using Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Enjoy online research.
• Are organized and detail-oriented.
• Can follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Can work independently without constant supervision.
• Understand how to communicate professionally online.
• Are naturally curious about why people behave, buy, engage, and respond the way they do.
• Can recognize patterns instead of simply completing repetitive tasks.

Experience with social-media engagement, LinkedIn prospecting, market research, lead generation, CRM systems, or business development is helpful but not required.

Training and detailed brand-specific instructions will be provided.

Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week

This is intended to be an ongoing part-time position for the right person.

Because some responsibilities involve social engagement, portions of your schedule may need to align with designated activity windows.
