JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to manage the Instagram presence of three established U.S. manufacturing businesses.

This is a hands-on content creation role. You'll edit videos, create graphics, write captions, schedule content, and publish daily across multiple Instagram accounts.

Our client is a nine-figure U.S. manufacturer whose products are installed on commercial, industrial, residential, and government projects across the United States. Their reputation in the industry is outstanding—and we're looking for someone who can build a social media presence that reflects it.

What You'll Do

- Manage 3 Instagram business accounts (2 existing, 1 brand-new)
- Publish daily Reels, feed posts, and Stories
- Build a new Instagram account from the ground up
- Edit short-form videos using company-provided footage
- Design branded graphics, carousel posts, and Story templates
- Write engaging captions for a U.S. B2B audience
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts in advance
- Coordinate with the internal team to request photos and videos when needed
- Follow the style of reference accounts provided
- Track and report weekly social media performance
- Support future product and brand launches
- We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- 2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong portfolio of Instagram accounts you've managed or grown
- Excellent video editing skills (Reels & Stories)
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Experience managing multiple brands or clients
- Excellent written English
- Reliable internet and a computer capable of editing videos daily
