We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Canadian mortgage brokerage building a premium, educational, corporate brand across social media.
This is NOT a basic posting role.
We’re looking for someone who understands content, video, and growth — and can execute at a high level.
What Success Looks Like:
• High-quality video content that builds authority
• Consistent content calendar execution
• Real growth in audience and engagement
• Educational content turned into engaging short-form videos
• Clean, professional brand presence across all platforms
Your Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing (Core Skill)
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging clips
• Add captions, hooks, pacing, and structure for retention
• Maintain a clean, corporate editing style (not flashy or gimmicky)
2. Content Planning
• Build and manage a weekly content calendar
• Plan content around mortgage education, market insights, and client value
3. Channel Management
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Maintain consistency and brand standards
4. Engagement & Growth
• Monitor comments and messages
• Improve engagement and performance
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong video editing skills (non-negotiable)
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Strategic thinker (not just task executor)
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive
• Able to work EST hours
This Role Is NOT For You If:
• You rely only on templates
• Your edits are overly flashy or unprofessional
• You need constant direction
• You don’t understand business-focused content
