**Role:** Content Producer / Social Media Manager (Video + Graphics)
**Type:** Part-time to start ? opportunity to grow to full-time
**Location:** Remote (US hours preferred)

### About Iriya

Iriya Wellness & Aesthetics is a modern med spa focused on **skin health + wellness**. We’re building a premium, education-driven brand (not “discount med spa” vibes). Your job is to help us create content that looks high-end, feels human, and converts.

### What You’ll Own

You’ll help us plan, produce, and publish content across **Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (and optional podcast clips)**.

#### 1) Video Editing (Core Skill)

* Edit **short-form reels** (trendy styles + clean, premium look)
* **Hormozi-style** edits: fast pacing, captions, pattern interrupts, b-roll, punch-ins
* Repurpose raw footage into multiple versions (IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts)
* Edit **long-form YouTube** videos when needed (structure, pacing, titles, chapters)
* Deliver files in platform-ready formats + organized folder structure

#### 2) Graphics + Branding

* Create graphics that match our brand: carousels, promos, educational posts
* Canva + Adobe (or equivalent) is fine—brand alignment matters most
* Thumbnails for YouTube (high CTR concepts)

#### 3) YouTube Channel Support

* Upload + optimize: titles, descriptions, tags, keyword research
* Thumbnail creation
* Basic comment management using **pre-written scripts** (we’ll provide)

#### 4) Content Planning + Scheduling

* Weekly & monthly content plan (themes, hooks, posting schedule)
* Schedule posts across platforms (e.g., Hootsuite or native schedulers)
* Maintain a content calendar + ensure consistency

#### 5) Community / Engagement (Light, but consistent)

* Respond to comments/DMs with templates (we provide the scripts/voice)
* Engage with followers: like/comment on relevant accounts and stories

#### 6) Conversion Assets (Bonus)

* Simple landing page assets: banners, short videos, graphics that drive bookings
* Printable designs: brochures, postcards, in-clinic collateral

## Tools We Use (You should be comfortable with most)

Google Drive, Dropbox, Vimeo, ActiveCampaign, Hootsuite, Canva Pro, Adobe Premiere (or Filmora/Veed), Slack, Asana, Envato, TubeBuddy/keyword tools, Gmail, Google Docs.

## What “Good” Looks Like in This Role

* You can turn raw clips into **high-retention content** that looks premium
* You understand **hooks, pacing, captions, and story flow**
* You’re organized: folders, naming conventions, deadlines, calendars
* You think in outcomes: **views ? trust ? booked consultations**

## Required Experience

* Portfolio of **short-form edits** (IG Reels/TikTok) + at least 1 example of long-form or YouTube workflow
* Strong captioning + on-screen text skills
* Understanding of trends *without* making the brand look cheap or chaotic
* Excellent English (for captions, hooks, and comment replies)

### Bonus If You Have It

* Aesthetics/med spa/healthcare content experience
* Motion graphics / After Effects
* Direct response marketing mindset (CTR, retention, conversion)

## Deliverables & Expectations (Initial Scope)

* **3–5 short-form videos/week** (15–45s)
* **1–2 carousel/graphic posts/week**
* **1 monthly content calendar**
* **Basic scheduling + reporting** (what posted + what performed)

## Interview Task (Short, Paid Test)

Final candidates will be asked to edit **one short clip** (we’ll provide the raw video + brand notes). We’ll pay for the test.
