JOB OVERVIEW

### PAY, HOURS & LONG-TERM GROWTH

This position begins with a **30-day paid trial at $3.00 USD/hour for approximately 20 hours per week.**

This is intended to become a long-term position for the right person.

As you demonstrate reliability, creativity, independence and results, there is an opportunity for both your **guaranteed hours and hourly compensation to increase.**

Our intended growth path is:

**20 hours → 25 hours → 30 hours → 35 hours → 40 hours/week**

Hourly compensation can also increase as your role and responsibilities grow.

The goal is eventually to have a full-time person helping manage and grow these brands—not to continually replace inexpensive part-time workers.

### PERFORMANCE BONUSES

I also want the person helping build these brands to benefit directly when their work produces measurable growth.

Bonuses will be paid IN ADDITION to your regular hourly compensation.

**RealJeffedUp / State of Fear Audience Growth**

These milestones must represent genuine organic audience growth. Purchased followers, bots or artificial engagement will never count.

**5,000 followers — $50 bonus**
**10,000 followers — $100 bonus**
**25,000 followers — $200 bonus**
**50,000 followers — $300 bonus**
**100,000 followers — $500 bonus**

Additional milestones can be created as the audience grows beyond 100,000.

**UFO Property Group**

Our initial goal is to build a strong, relevant local audience—not simply collect followers from around the world.

**2,000 relevant local followers — $100 bonus**

There will also be bonuses for social media that produces measurable business.

This can include milestones for:

* Qualified customer leads generated directly through social media
* Electrical/property jobs booked through social media
* Revenue directly attributable to social campaigns
* Successful local promotions or campaigns

As social media begins generating meaningful revenue for the business, additional revenue-based bonuses can be established.

**State of Fear Sales**

State of Fear is both a media project and an interactive mystery/adventure product.

As products become available for sale, additional bonuses will be tied to sales attributable to social media, including milestone bonuses for:

**First 100 sales**
**500 sales**
**1,000 sales**
**5,000+ sales**

The dollar amounts for these bonuses will be established as the products launch and we understand the economics of each product.

**Future Media Revenue**

As RealJeffedUp and State of Fear grow, additional bonuses may be created around:

* YouTube monetization
* Sponsorships
* Advertising revenue
* Podcast growth/revenue
* Documentary/media revenue
* Affiliate revenue
* Successful major campaigns
* Other measurable revenue generated through social media

### THE BIG PICTURE

You are not being hired simply to make posts.

You're being hired to help build audiences and businesses.

If your work helps these brands make more money, reach more people and become more valuable, I want your opportunity here to grow too.

That can mean **more guaranteed hours, higher hourly compensation, performance bonuses, greater responsibility and eventually a full-time role.**

Someone who becomes instrumental in building this media operation will not remain at the starting compensation level.
