We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Manager + Video Editor to help grow a fast-growing architecture and real estate brand.

This is a hybrid execution role combining:

Video editing

Content repurposing

Social posting

Light creative ownership

We work with homeowners, investors, and developers and are building a strong media presence around real estate and architecture.

This role supports both:

Our architecture firm

Our growing YouTube + social media presence

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
???? Video Editing

Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) — ~3/week

Repurpose long-form YouTube videos into shorts

Add captions, hooks, and simple motion elements

Help make videos more engaging and watchable

???? Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content (YouTube + Instagram)

Write simple captions and titles

Manage posting calendar

Organize content library (Google Drive / Notion)

???? Growth Support

Suggest hooks, thumbnails, or ideas over time

Improve content packaging (titles, thumbnails)

Help us build a repeatable content system

You will start execution-focused but can grow into a bigger creative role.
