Who We Are:
We’re a rapidly growing finance content brand with 500,000+ YouTube subscribers, known for high-value, strategic content.
We’re building a world-class content engine across YouTube, Instagram, and short-form platforms—and we need someone who can own it, execute it, and scale it.
Your Role:
As our Content & Social Media Lead, you will combine:
- Video Editing
- Content Strategy
- Social Media Management
- You will own the entire content lifecycle—from idea to execution to performance.
Your work will directly impact:
- Audience growth
- Engagement and retention
- Brand authority
- Revenue
Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing & Content Production
- Edit 1–2 long-form YouTube videos per week
- Create 14+ short-form videos weekly (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Optimize videos for:
> Strong hooks (first 1–3 seconds)
> Retention and pacing
> Watch time and engagement
- Add captions, b-roll, zooms, and sound effects
- Continuously improve edits based on performance
2. Content Strategy & Planning
- Plan and manager weekly and monthly content calendars
- Develop platform-specific strategies (YouTube & short-form)
- Identify trends and viral opportunities
- Align content with brand positioning and growth goals
3. Social Media Management
- Publish and manage content across platforms
- Write high-converting titles, captions, and descriptions
- Engage with audience (comments, DMs)
- Maintain a consistent and strong brand voice
4. Content Repurposing
- Turn long-form videos into short-form clips
- Identify viral, emotional, and high-value
- Create platform-native content (not just cutdowns)
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze views, retention, and engagement
- Improve content using data (not guesswork)
- Test ideas and scale what works
6. Workflow & Ownership
- Own and manage the full content pipeline
- Stay organized with assets, files, and timelines
- Deliver consistently and on time
- Operate with minimal supervision and high accountability
- Help scale output without sacrificing quality
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in:
- Video editing (short-form and long-form)
- Social media or content marketing
- Strong skills in CapCut, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
-Deep understanding of:
> Hooks and retention
> YouTube and Instagram algorithms
> Performance-based editing
> Proven portfolio (required)
- Experience managing or growing social media accounts
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle high-volume weekly output
- Full-time commitment only (no side jobs)

Nice to Have:
- Experience with large YouTube or Instagram pages
- Background in finance, business, or education content
- Experience working with influencers or creators
- Knowledge of YouTube growth and analytics
