We’re seeking a Social Media Expert to take our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok presence to the next level — producing content that reflects our luxury brand and attracts high-end buyers, sellers, and agents.

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing the team’s social media ecosystem across all major platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

Edit and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using raw content uploaded to Google Drive.

Maintain a consistent luxury brand aesthetic and voice across all platforms.

Create and manage a monthly content calendar with listing spotlights, lifestyle content, and agent features.

Post and schedule daily content using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools.

Write engaging captions optimized for organic reach, retention, and conversion.

Analyze and report on audience growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.

Required Skills

? Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
? Strong background in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut)
? Deep understanding of the luxury real estate niche and audience
? Proven success managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
? Skilled in storytelling, branding, and lead-generating content
? Proficiency in Google Drive, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools

Bonus Points

? Experience with paid ads (Meta or TikTok)
? Familiarity with Follow Up Boss CRM or real estate marketing funnels
? Graphic design or photography background
? Ability to produce or direct on-camera content for agents

Deliverables

Minimum 5–7 posts per week across IG, Facebook, and TikTok

Reels & video edits from provided footage

Monthly analytics report with key performance insights

Quarterly growth strategy based on engagement and lead conversion
