We are hiring a dedicated Social Media Manager to own our digital presence, grow our audience, and turn followers into leads and referral partners. This is not a task execution role. This is a brand-building role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the person behind our social media accounts every single day. You plan the content calendar, write the captions, schedule the posts, engage with our community, respond to DMs and comments, track what's working, and bring new ideas to the table every week.
You won't be editing videos — we have a dedicated video editor for that. Your job is everything else: strategy, posting, engagement, growth, and reporting.
If you've built or managed social media accounts that actually grew — not just existed — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content & Posting
- Manage and maintain a weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and
- Schedule and publish all content consistently — no missed posting days
- Write captions that sound human, relatable, and on-brand — not corporate or AI-generated
- Coordinate with our video editor to receive finished content and get it posted on time
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize every piece
- Source and use trending audio, hooks, and formats to boost reach
Community & Engagement
- Respond to every comment and DM within 24 hours — faster on high-priority accounts
- Actively engage with our audience, referral partners, and target community daily
- Build genuine relationships in the mortgage, real estate, and personal finance space online
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations and flag anything important
Growth & Strategy
- Research trending topics and content angles in mortgage, real estate, and personal finance
- Pitch 3–5 new content ideas weekly with hooks, formats, and goals
- Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities with realtors, investors, and influencers
- Help grow our following organically — real people, real engagement, no bots
Reporting & Analytics
- Track weekly metrics: follower growth, reach, engagement rate, profile visits, DM volume
- Provide a clean weekly report with wins, learnings, and recommendations
- Identify what content is performing and double down — identify what isn't and adjust

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 2+ years of social media management experience — you have real accounts with real growth to show
- Strong English writing skills — captions, DMs, and responses must be natural and professional
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and what drives organic growth
- Organized and consistent — you don't miss posting days or let DMs go unread
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Familiar with scheduling tools (GHL, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
- Reliable internet connection with a backup plan
Strong Bonus:
- Experience in mortgage, real estate, finance, or any regulated industry
- Experience growing a brand account from low following to 10K+
- Canva skills for creating simple graphics, story templates, or captions
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads or paid social (not required but a huge plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish — our audience is heavily CA/TX/FL
- Experience managing YouTube community tab, Shorts, or long-form scheduling
Not a Fit If:
- You've only managed personal accounts or accounts with no measurable growth
- You need daily instructions on what to post
- Your writing sounds robotic, templated, or AI-generated
- You can't commit to consistent daily engagement
- You have no backup for internet or power outages
