JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy, improve our online presence, and engage with our audience on various platforms. You will be responsible for creating and curating content, managing social media campaigns, and specializing in influencer partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations with influencers to elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and brand mentions; respond promptly to interactions.
Identify and reach out to potential influencers who fit our brand aesthetic and values; build and maintain relationships with them.
Negotiate collaboration terms, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate with influencers on campaign execution, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Manage social media advertising campaigns to align with marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and adherence to the content calendar.
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and ROI, utilizing insights to refine strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
