JOB OVERVIEW

Mocktail Magic is a growing U.S.-based premium mocktail and corporate events brand. We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager + Short-Form Video Editor to help take ownership of our Instagram content and keep the brand consistently active.
Initial monthly scope:
• 8 short-form Reels
• 2 carousels
• Edit existing event/B-roll footage
• Create strong hooks, captions and on-screen text
• Create natural U.S.-English voiceovers when appropriate (AI is okay)
• Research trends, formats and relevant audio
• Schedule and publish content
• Basic engagement/community management
• Proactively suggest new content ideas
• Review performance and recommend what to create more/less of
Our audience is primarily B2B/corporate — HR, workplace experience teams, event planners, agencies and brands.
This is not just an editing role. I’m looking for someone who understands social media, storytelling, hooks and content strategy and can turn raw footage into fresh content without needing detailed instructions for every post.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Instagram and AI content tools is preferred. Excellent written English and content that feels natural to a U.S. audience are important.
This starts as a 30-day paid trial at $600/month with the opportunity for a long-term role, increased compensation and expanded responsibilities if it’s a strong fit.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a small paid content test using real Mocktail Magic footage.
