We're not hiring a "content creator." We're not hiring someone who reposts trends with a slightly different caption. We're hiring the person who makes other agencies' social managers nervous.
If you've ever looked at a brand's Instagram and thought "I could fix this in an afternoon," and you actually could, keep reading. If you needed that last sentence explained to you, this isn't your role.
The job
You'll run social media strategy, content, and execution for a portfolio of real clients across hospitality, golf, food and beverage, professional services, and e-commerce. Not one brand. Several. All expecting results, not vibes.
That means:
Building content strategy that's tied to actual business goals, not just "post more"
Designing scroll-stopping creative in Canva that looks like it came from a proper design team, because it did (you)
Writing copy that sounds human, sells without sounding like it's selling, and doesn't read like it was generated in three seconds (even if it was, nobody should ever know)
Spotting opportunities before anyone asks you to. We want ideas landing in our inbox, not requests landing in yours
Managing content calendars, deadlines, and client expectations without needing a babysitter
Who you are
Minimum 3 years experience in social media management, ideally agency-side where you've had to juggle multiple clients and zero excuses
A genuine talent for design. Canva is your instrument and you play it well
A copywriter who understands tone, not just grammar
Strategic. You can explain why a post works, not just that it did
Proactive to the point of mild inconvenience for people who like being asked what to do
Comfortable with feedback, allergic to mediocrity
What you're not
Someone who needs a brief for every single post
Someone who thinks "engagement" means replying to your own comments
Someone applying because the salary looked good and you'll "figure the rest out"
The pay
₱90,000 to ₱110,000 per month, depending on how good you actually are. Fair warning: we mean that. Come in with a portfolio that backs it up.
How to apply
Send us your portfolio, your CV, and one sentence on the best result you've ever gotten a client. If you can't point to a number, a result, or a genuine "this worked," we're not the right fit for each other.
Please don't apply if you're hoping to grow into this role. We need someone who already is this.
