We are a New York–based marketing agency managing the social media presence of multiple restaurants, cafés, and bars — from casual Korean BBQ concepts to upscale cocktail lounges and speakeasies.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. It combines influencer outreach, daily community management, and short-form video editing to drive real foot traffic and visibility for our US-based restaurant clients.
We are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager + Reels Editor who is comfortable communicating with influencers, managing live social accounts, and consistently editing Reels and TikToks from provided footage.
Core Responsibilities
-Reach out to influencers using existing lists and guidelines to secure collaborations
-Manage influencer communication, follow-ups, and posting coordination
-Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels / TikTok) using provided raw footage
-Adapt videos per platform to avoid recycled-content penalties
-Monitor and respond to DMs and comments across Instagram and TikTok multiple times per shift
Content & Platform Responsibilities
-Edit and publish short-form video content on a regular basis
-Write captions and adapt tone to match each brand’s identity
-Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across accounts
-Ensure social platforms reflect accurate menus, hours, and announcements
-Coordinate with the logistics team for revisions, missing assets, or updates
-Community & Influencer Support
-Handle basic customer inquiries (hours, reservations, dietary questions) and escalate only when needed
-Track influencer deliverables and posting timelines
-Engage with tagged content and repost when appropriate
-Coordinate promotions, menu launches, and events with the internal team
Requirements
-Experience with influencer outreach or creator coordination
-Experience editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva
-Experience managing social media accounts for US or international brands (restaurant or lifestyle preferred)
-Strong written English for influencer communication, captions, and DMs
-Familiarity with current TikTok and Instagram trends
-Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts

-Experience editing food or lifestyle content
-Familiarity with US, NYC, or Korean food culture
-Experience supporting influencer collaborations at scale
-Basic understanding of paid social ads
Work Setup
-Remote (Philippines-based)
-Full-time: 40 hours/week
-Must work from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
(1:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippines time)

Compensation
-$800–$1,200 USD/month, depending on experience
-Performance-based raises after the initial 90-day period
