JOB OVERVIEW

READ THIS FIRST: This is NOT an entry-level role. I need someone who already knows the tools below and can run my social presence independently from week one. If you'd need to be trained on the basics, this isn't the right fit — but if you're a pro who can hit the ground running, keep reading.

About the role:
I'm a founder building in the AI / business-systems space, and I'm growing my personal brand across LinkedIn and Threads (with YouTube clips feeding Instagram and TikTok). I have a complete content system already built — calendars, voice prompts, engagement playbooks. I need a sharp, proactive social media manager to run it like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll do:

- Schedule content across various social media platforms using GoHighLevel (or meta suite)
- Edit and repurpose content, including turning YouTube videos into short clips with Opus Clip
- Engage daily — comments, replies, and connections — writing in my brand voice using AI - voice prompts (Claude / ChatGPT)
- Stay on top of LinkedIn + Threads + FB/IG engagement every single day (replies are where the growth is)
-Find and flag real buyer conversations for me
-Send an end-of-day report every day

You MUST already have (non-negotiable — you'll hit the ground running):

- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (scheduling / social planner)
- Content scheduling experience — no hand-holding needed
- Content editing experience
- Opus Clip (or very similar) for cutting long video into shorts
- Comfortable working with LLMs / AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) — using prompts to generate content in a brand voice
- Strong, natural written English (you'll be engaging publicly in my voice)
- Confident navigating Threads and LinkedIn specifically

-Reliable with daily end-of-day reporting
-On top of your posting and engagement without being chased

Pay note (be clear-eyed): This starts at $6/hr, which is the rate for this role. I'm not dangling a quick raise — pay grows only with proven, great results over time. If you do excellent work and the brand grows because of it, there's room. But $6 is what I'm offering for someone who's genuinely ready to run this.
