JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to handle and grow 5 brands across:

LinkedIn
Instagram
TikTok
Pinterest
YouTube
Other platforms as needed (must be a fast learner)

This is a structured, performance-based role. Posting and engagement must follow strict schedules and analytics tracking.

Time Zone & Availability (Non-Negotiable)

Must be available to post and engage in Los Angeles (PST)
Core activity window: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST
Posting and engagement times vary by brand and must be followed exactly

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage content across all platforms
Engage with audiences at specific scheduled times
Manage automations and DM flows (ManyChat)
Track analytics and performance (Metricool)
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency for 5 brands

Attend weekly strategy meetings to:
• Review analytics
• Research trends
• Improve growth
• Stay ahead of platform and algorithm changes

Creative Growth Expectation

You will be expected to:
Engage with audience
Edit videos and photos to each brand’s aesthetic
Create and optimize Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Pins, and thumbnails
Continuously improve visual quality and storytelling
Actively research social trends and viral formats (Think in growth, not just posting)

Probation & Pay Structure (Read Carefully)

3-Week Probation Period
Performance evaluation phase
* **No payment is issued until probation is successfully completed**
Starting pay after passing probation: $100

Pay increases based on:

• Performance
• Consistency
• Growth results
• Skill development
• Opportunity to move into **performance-based pay**
