???? Your Role
You will manage our social media presence while driving qualified leads and supporting our digital sales funnel.
This role requires both creative content execution and performance marketing skills.

???? Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
Create engaging captions aligned with brand voice
Design simple creatives (Canva or similar tools)
Schedule and manage posts
Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement
Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns
Generate qualified leads for gym memberships
Optimize cost per lead (CPL)
Conduct A/B testing on ads and creatives
Recommend improvements to landing pages for conversion
Manage lead flow and follow-up automation
Weekly reporting on ad performance and ROI
Workflow & CRM Management
Organize tasks, campaigns, and deadlines using Trello
Manage CRM pipelines, automations, and follow-ups using GoHighLevel
Ensure leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted efficiently

???? Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in social media marketing & paid ads
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and lead generation funnels
Proven track record of generating qualified leads
Experience using GoHighLevel (or similar CRM automation tools)
Experience in fitness, lifestyle, or local service businesses is a plus
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Self-driven and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
