JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing public adjusting firm based in Florida that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims after storms and severe weather. We have Facebook and Instagram accounts but no consistent posting, no strategy, and no real presence. We need someone to take over, build a real strategy, and grow our social media from the ground up.
What You'll Do:

Take over and revamp our existing Facebook and Instagram accounts
Expand to other platforms as needed (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Develop a full content strategy and posting schedule
Write scripts and content ideas for videos (we handle filming)
Edit and optimize video content for each platform
Engage with followers and build our community
Research trends and competitors in the insurance/home services space
Track analytics and report on growth monthly
Create graphics using Canva or similar tools

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing social media accounts (please share examples)
Strong English writing skills
Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Understanding of algorithms and what performs well on each platform
Self-starter who can work independently and bring ideas to the table
Bonus: Experience in insurance, real estate, or home services industries
