We sell accredited digital brow training courses and are scaling rapidly. We have been featured across major platforms and our content regularly hits millions of views per month organically. We are not a startup. We are a proven, revenue-generating business with active paid advertising,
The Opportunity
We are hiring an Organic Growth and Conversion Specialist — someone who treats every post, every story, every DM, and every comment as a revenue opportunity. This is NOT a content scheduling role. This is a sales-driven organic growth role where your job is to turn our existing audience into daily buyers and our warm leads into paying customers.
We already have ManyChat automations with 50%+ open rate. Organic funnels live and producing sales already. We already have a content pipeline. We already have testimonials, student wins, Trustpilot reviews, and a highly engaged following.
What we do not have is someone whose full focus is on converting all of that into daily, measurable revenue.
This role comes with a base structure and a profit share arrangement tied directly to organic revenue performance. We want someone who wants to grow with us, not just manage us.
WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES - YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. DAILY CONTENT EXECUTION
Post minimum 2 times per day per platform:
-Instagram, TikTok,
-Adapt content per platform (not copy/paste)
-Manage posting using scheduling tools (e.g. Later)
-Writing captions, headlines, copy - all sales driven
2. INSTAGRAM STORIES (HIGH PRIORITY) - at the
Post minimum 4+ story sequences per day on instagram
All stories must be:
Sales-focused, Conversion-driven, Leading to offers or DMs
Use: Trustpilot reviews, Student results, Testimonials, Behind-the-scenes, Direct CTAs
- You will be required to create the instagram stories
3. CONTENT CREATION (TEAM EFFORT)
-Must be able to create/edit content yourself suitable for instagram,
-Use existing content from our library
-Mix, edit, and repurpose content
-Direct and lead us on what content is required for us to create, aligning with a clear testing strategy based on social media analytics and data
We will: Film and provide bulk content
???? You must manage and organise all content inside Google Drive
4. CREATIVE STRATEGY (YOU LEAD)
Tell us exactly what content to create:
Hooks, Headlines, Angles, Formats
You must be able to direct:
What should be filmed, What is working, What needs testing
???? We help to execute — you lead direction. Creatives can be passed back within 24/48hours
5. AI CONTENT CREATION (IMPORTANT)
We currently are not using AI and this is something we know could help us with content creation and growth on social media. We are looking for someone who can use AI tools to increase content output:
-AI avatars / cloning (e.g. HeyGen), AI-generated videos
So we can create additional content without relying on filming. You must have clear direction and experience to use these tools and will be solely in-charge of this. We will be able to authorise and approve content within 24 hours.
6. DM SALES & CONVERSIONS (CORE ROLE)
Be active in DMs every single day
You role will include the responsibility to respond to:
Leads, Questions, Comments
Proactively following up warm leads, start conversations and ultimately moving people toward buying

7. MANYCHAT MANAGEMENT
We currently have manychat automations in place with a 50%+ open rate. This is heavily under-optimised and needs someone to come in and manage and optimise all ManyChat flows
Actively working to improve Click-through rates & Conversion rates for all funnels and offers
8. PRODUCT MATCHING & UPSELLING
We have multiple offers. We need someone who can analyse and understand all offers and match the right offer to the right person. Upsell where appropriate, Identify high-value buyers & convert the leads to sales.
9. COMPETITOR RESEARCH, ANALYTICS & OPTIMISATION (IMPORTANT)
-Conduct ongoing research into competitors and top-performing creators in the beauty and online education space to identify what content, hooks, and strategies are currently driving engagement and conversions with competitors.
-Track and analyse daily performance across all organic channels, including content performance, story engagement, DM conversations, ManyChat metrics, and actual sales generated through ClickFunnels.
-Use a shared tracking sheet to log results, identify patterns, and clearly see what content and actions are leading to revenue.
-Continuously optimise strategy based on real data, doubling down on what is working, adjusting what is underperforming, and proactively suggesting new directions to improve conversions and overall revenue.

-Someone who understands how to protect and elevate the brand while selling. You will be speaking as the voice of the brand, so communication must feel natural, trustworthy, and aligned not overly aggressive or pushy. We are looking for a nurture-first, conversion-focused approach, where sales are driven through trust, value, and relationship-building rather than hard selling.
**You MUST be highly communicative. Provide updates through whatsapp, weekly reports on performance, insights, and next steps. Be aligned with targets and revenue goals and be motivated by performance and growth.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is NOT a typical social media role.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to take ownership of a massively underutilised revenue channel inside a proven business.
Right now:
-We are posting inconsistently (around 10–13 times per month)
-We are already generating organic sales
-We have a strong audience, strong offers, and strong brand positioning

Organic is one of the core pillars of our business, but it has not been fully optimised.
We already have:
-A large audience with proven offers that convert. Testimonials, reviews, and social proof and paid systems that validate what works
What we don’t have yet is someone fully focused on:

Pay & Performance-Based Upside (Uncapped)
This role includes:
-A base salary (for consistency and execution) - can be paid weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
-A performance-based profit share tied directly to organic revenue once profit-share target is reached.
As organic revenue grows, your income grows.

This role will begin with a 30-day trial period.
During this time, we are not simply evaluating results — we are evaluating how you operate.
We understand that in the first 30 days there are multiple moving parts, testing phases, and adjustments required. While revenue impact will be considered, our primary focus is on how you think, communicate, and execute within the role.
