JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Social Media Manager + Video Editor (Email/Newsletter Experience Required)
Company: We're a U.S.-based consumer products company focused in B2B & B2C (ATV/UTV, lawn & equipment, and cycling) with a sister industrial brand. Small, fast-moving team. We value people who take ownership and don't need to be micromanaged. Day 1 you will be creating a social media calendar and reworking videos we already have that need to be updated.
Type: Part-Time, long-term | Remote | Must overlap U.S. Central Time business hours from the Noon - 4 CST timeframe

What you'll do: You'll own the day-to-day content engine across our social channels and email list — from short-form video to the monthly newsletter and get the customer journey in GHL working seamlessly. Provide me an example of this work in your reply email.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts)
Edit short-form video for social — hooks, captions, b-roll, music, pacing (product demos, UGC, before/after)
Build and manage email campaigns and automated customer journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
Produce and send a monthly newsletter — concept, copy, design, segmentation, and send
Repurpose long content into clips, carousels, and email modules
Track performance (reach, engagement, open/click/conversion) and report monthly with takeaways
Engage with comments/DMs and surface UGC worth resharing

Must-have skills :
5+ years managing all things marketing and legit professional with social media for a brand (not just personal accounts)
Strong video editing — CapCut, AdCreative.ai, Artlist
Hands-on email marketing experience, especially building customer journeys / automations (Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
GoHighLevel is new for us so we are launching now. Experience in this platform for ALL things Marketing is a PLUS.
Canva fluency for graphics and email/newsletter design
Excellent written English — you'll write captions, email copy, and newsletter content
Self-starter who can run a content calendar without hand-holding
Let me be crystal clear that I am done with AI artwork as I could do this myself in ChatGPT. We are a lifestyle brand and need to look it and not fake AI or my products mocked up by an AI platform. If you are NOT a true "creative" person then no need to apply. Simply put we will weed through your abilities in the first week and if AI generated, we will release you without pay.

E-commerce / DTC brand experience (Amazon, WooCommerce, Walmart)
Basic understanding of paid social
