Sofia Health is a U.S.-based wellness platform that helps people find and book trusted health & wellness professionals online.
Our social media is focused on:
-Visibility
-Trust
-Growth
-Driving action (not vanity metrics)

This is not a role for someone who just posts content. We are looking for someone who can think and execute.

This Role (Read Carefully) This role owns both strategy and execution.

You will:
-Plan content
-Design posts (Canva or similar)
-Write captions
-Schedule and publish posts
-Engage with the audience (comments & DMs)
-Track performance and improve results over time
-You will personally post and manage the accounts.

This is a hands-on role.

Platforms You Will Manage:
-Instagram (primary)
-TikTok
-Facebook
-LinkedIn
Our audience is U.S.-based, so understanding Western tone and behavior is important.

Responsibilities:
-Create and manage a weekly content calendar
-Design clean, readable posts (carousels, covers, simple graphics)
-Edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
-Write clear, natural captions (no fluff)
-Schedule posts using approved tools
-Monitor comments and reply appropriately
-Repurpose content across platforms
-Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves)
-Improve content based on what performs

Required Skills & Experience:
-Proven experience growing at least one social media account
-Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
-Ability to design posts in Canva (or similar)
-Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere, etc.)
-Experience scheduling and posting content
-Comfortable working with U.S.-based brands
-Organized and reliable

-People who only plan but don’t post
-AI-only content creators
