We are looking for a high-level Social Media Manager to take full control of multiple event-based social media accounts (6–10 brands) and grow them into large, active communities that convert into real ticket buyers.
This is NOT a basic posting job.
We need someone who understands how to:

- Stay current with trends and conversations within each niche

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow 6–10 social media accounts across:

- TikTok
- YouTube (Shorts)
- Snapchat
- Post multiple times daily across platforms
- Create and edit content (images, reels, short-form video)
- Monitor trends, conversations, and viral content within each niche
- Adapt content to match what is currently relevant and engaging
- Respond to comments and messages daily
- Actively engage with followers and community members
- Participate in conversations within groups and communities
- Build relationships and increase audience involvement
- Maintain consistency and branding across all accounts
- Drive followers toward ticket purchases and event engagement

Requirements:
- Proven experience growing and managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content
- Good video editing skills (short-form content)
- Ability to identify trends and apply them correctly to a niche
- Strong English communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
- Self-driven and does not require micromanagement

Compensation:
- $6–$11/hour (90-day probationary period)
- $11–$16/hour for high performance
