Job Title: Social Media Manager
Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of the latest trends, and the ability to engage our audience with compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop, create, and manage content (text, images, video) tailored to each social media platform.
- Design and execute a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
3. Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and manage online communities.
- Monitor and participate in relevant social media discussions about our brand and industry.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.
- Manage social media budget and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
5. Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Develop and enforce social media guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor and protect the brand’s online reputation.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and provide insights.
- Prepare regular reports for management to showcase progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: In-depth knowledge and experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Advertising Expertise: Skilled in setting up and managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, including the creation, optimization, and analysis of ad performance.
• Reporting and Analytics: Capable of generating comprehensive reports on ad performance and providing actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
