We're looking for someone who actually enjoys running social media — not just posting for the sake of posting, but someone who thinks about what makes people stop scrolling, comment, and follow.
If you like planning content, watching what performs and doubling down on it, and you're comfortable owning a brand's voice online, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Planning and scheduling content across our social platforms (Instagram,
Writing captions that sound like a real person, not a brand robot
Keeping an eye on trends and figuring out which ones actually fit us
Responding to comments and DMs in a way that builds relationships, not just "thanks for reaching out!"
Tracking what's working (and what isn't) and adjusting the plan
Coordinating with our design/video person for content assets when needed
Sending a simple monthly report on growth and engagement
What we're looking for:
At least 1-2 years running social media for a brand or business (not just personal accounts)
Solid written English — you can write a caption that doesn't sound stiff
You understand how each platform is different and don't post the same thing everywhere
Comfortable using scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
Self-motivated — you don't need someone checking in on you every hour
Reliable internet and a computer that can handle daily work without issues
Nice to have (not required):
Basic photo or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Experience running paid social ads
A portfolio or examples of accounts you've grown
