JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

This is a remote position, and we are currently looking for someone reliable who understands social media trends and can help us maintain consistent posting and engagement.

Platforms You Will Manage

• TikTok
• Instagram
• Pinterest
• Facebook Page
• Facebook Marketplace

You will be assisting with the social media pages for Floor Trader Tacoma and related business pages.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar
• Schedule and publish social media posts
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Upload short-form videos and images
• Assist with Facebook Marketplace listings
• Respond to comments and basic messages
• Keep social pages organized and active
• Suggest ideas for improving reach and engagement
• Monitor basic analytics and adjust posting strategy if needed

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Ability to create and manage a structured content calendar
• Basic understanding of social media growth strategies
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection
• Good communication skills

Preferred

• Female applicants preferred
• Experience with Canva or simple graphic editing
• Experience posting short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
• Experience working with business pages or e-commerce brands

Compensation

• $5 – $6 per hour (starting rate)
• Part-time position
• Opportunity for rate increase based on performance

We are looking for someone we can potentially work with long-term if performance is strong.
