Who We Are
We are a fast-moving group of brands run by a construction company owner based in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. We are not a slow corporate team. We move fast, we hold high standards, and we reward people who take ownership and drive results without being told twice.
You will be managing content and growth across four brands simultaneously.
Green Valley Contractors — A commercial and residential drywall and construction subcontractor operating across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. The content here is jobsite documentation, crew culture, project showcases, and B2B credibility building.
Terminal Positivity — The owner’s personal brand. Leadership, entrepreneurship, faith, family, and the real story of building a company from the ground up. This brand is the growth engine for everything else.
Project Karabaw — A nonprofit focused on providing essential resources, discipline, and self-defense training for kids in the Philippines. Content here is mission-driven, emotional, and community-focused.
Flawless Hair and Makeup — A hair and makeup company owned and operated by the owner’s wife. We are launching TikTok and TikTok Shop for this brand and need someone who can build it from the ground up and drive product sales through short form content.
What This Role Actually Is
This is not a post-and-disappear role. This is a full content operation. You are the engine. You own the strategy, the execution, the reporting, and the results. If something is not growing, you figure out why and you fix it. You do not wait to be told.
You will be expected to study what the top performers in each space are doing, apply those frameworks immediately, and report on what is working and what is not every single week.
This role will not work for someone who needs constant direction, explains why targets are hard, or treats consistency as an achievement. Consistency is the minimum. Growth is the job.
What You Will Be Doing
Creating and publishing daily short form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for all four brands.
Managing and growing each brand’s presence on Instagram,
Actively engaging every day — responding to comments, commenting on relevant content in each niche, and building community presence across all platforms.
Building and managing TikTok Shop for Flawless Hair and Makeup from launch through consistent revenue-generating activity.
Submitting a weekly performance report every Friday covering follower counts by platform, reach to new accounts, engagement rates, best performing content, and what you are testing and adjusting the following week.
Repurposing existing content — jobsite photos and videos, personal brand
Staying ahead of algorithm changes and platform trends and implementing them without being asked.
What We Are Looking For
You have been doing this for at least two years and you have results you can point to. Not follower counts on accounts you managed for yourself. Actual brand growth you drove for someone else.
You understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts at a technical level. You know what completion rate means, why saves and shares matter more than likes, and how the algorithm d
You have experience with TikTok Shop or are ready to learn it fast and own it completely.
You are self-directed. You do not need a daily check-in. You bring the plan and you execute it. You communicate proactively when something changes and you flag problems before they become patterns.
You can manage multiple brands with different voices and audiences without letting them bleed into each other.
You write well in English and communicate clearly and professionally.
You are hungry. You treat the growth of these brands like it matters because it does.
What You Will Not Be Doing
Waiting for content to be created for you. Raw material will be provided and you are expected to work with it and create from it. You are not a scheduler. You are a creator and a strategist.
Asking for direction on things you should already know. If you need to be taught basic platform strategy this is not the right role.
Submitting a monthly screenshot and calling it a report.
Compensation
Base pay plus a performance bonus structure tied to growth metrics across all four brands.
Bonuses are earned by hitting results above the baseline, not for doing the job. We pay well for people who perform and we have zero interest in paying average wages for average effort.
