JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to lead the creation and execution of our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating engaging content, editing videos, and managing our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role will involve crafting posts that build brand awareness and attract potential customers while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, captions, and video posts

Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms

Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to messages and engaging with the community

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand strategy

Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative

Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through creative and consistent posting

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the home improvement, roofing, or solar industries

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Proficient in video editing software and social media management tools

Strong creative and visual storytelling skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passionate about digital marketing and growing brand presence on social media
