Konsier is a veteran-owned, US-based software company. We sell an AI receptionist to roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, dental offices, law firms, and real estate teams. Our AI answers every call, books appointments, and texts back missed calls so business owners never lose a job to voi
We are hiring ONE experienced Social Media Manager to own our social media end to end: strategy, content calendar, short-form video editing, posting, community engagement, and weekly reporting.
This is NOT an entry-level or "posting assistant" role. If you have only managed personal accounts, or you need to be told what to post each day, please do not apply. We are looking for someone who has already grown business accounts and can prove it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and own the monthly content calendar for
- LinkedIn is page-only: you will post as Konsier, never as an individual. No founder or employee profiles are featured. Treat it as a credibility channel for dental, legal, and real estate audiences, not a growth channel.
- Take one core message per week and turn it into 5–7 platform-native posts (short video, carousel, testimonial, educational, stat graphic).
- Edit our demo clips and raw video into short-form posts with hooks, captions, and text overlays (CapCut, Canva).
- Write every caption yourself in natural, direct English that sounds like a business owner talking to a business owner. No corporate fluff. No obvious AI copy.
- Engage daily in
- Reply to comments and DMs within 2 hours during shift and route sales questions to our sales VA.
- Test hooks, formats, and post times, then tell us what worked in a Friday report (reach, engagement, profile visits, link clicks, DMs generated, next week's changes).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must have:
- 2+ years managing social media for a BUSINESS, ideally a US client. B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Proof of results — accounts you grew, with numbers.
- Strong written English. You will write every caption.
- Hands-on CapCut and Canva skills.
- Self-directed. You bring the plan; we approve it.
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing to contractors, trades, dental, legal, or real estate.
- Meta Business Suite scheduling and basic post boosting.
- Running a LinkedIn company page (Super Admin experience a plus).
- SaaS or subscription product experience.
Setup:
- Fiber or wired internet, 25 Mbps+ upload, with mobile data backup.
- Backup power for brownouts.
- Dedicated computer (not shared), 8 GB+ RAM, quiet workspace.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Long-term, stable full-time role with a US company.
- Raise reviewed at 6 months based on results.
- Path to Marketing Lead as we add verticals.
HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY)
Applications that skip any step will not be reviewed. This is the first test.
Put the word **ROOFING** as the first word of your application.
Then answer these 5 questions in order. Number them.
**1.** Link 2–3 business social media accounts you personally managed. For each one, tell us: what platform, how long you ran it, what the follower count / engagement was when you started vs. when you finished, and what you did that caused the change. Numbers, not adjectives.
**2.** Have you ever managed social media for a B2B company (selling to businesses, not consumers)? If yes, describe the business, who the audience was, and what content performed best. If no, say "No."
**3.** Write a 3-post mini plan for a company selling an AI receptionist to roofing contractors. For each post give: the platform, the hook (first line the viewer reads or hears), and the format (Reel, carousel, text post, etc.). Under 200 words total.
**4.** Paste a link to ONE short-form video (Reel, TikTok, or Short) that you edited yourself. Tell us what tool you used and what part of the edit you're most proud of.
**5.** What is your current internet upload speed (screenshot from speedtest.net), what are your computer specs, confirm you accept the $7/hr starting rate, and what is your earliest start date?
Finalists will be invited to a 30-minute video interview followed by a short PAID test project.
Do not send a generic cover letter. Do not send a resume as your only response. Answer the questions.
