We’re hiring a full-time remote tea
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (IG + FB)
Create and publish content for two brands (Seven Ten + Coco & Friends)
Maintain a consistent posting cadence (ex: 5 feed posts/week + daily stories)
Create short-form video content (Reels) using provided clips (and basic editing)
Write captions that match each brand’s tone (fun + energetic for Seven Ten; warm + premium for Coco)
Use hashtags, location tags, collaborations, and trends appropriately
Schedule posts via Meta Business Suite (or approved tools)
Community Management (Fast Responses)
Respond to DMs, comments, and FB messages
Handle basic FAQs (hours, pricing, reservations, menus, parties, promos)
Escalate urgent issues to management with a clear summary
Events Lead Handling (Phone +
Respond to calls/messages about birthday parties, corporate events, fundraisers, league questions
Use scripts + templates to qualify leads:
Date/time requested, guest count, package type, budget, food/bar needs
Enter and track every lead in a simple tracker (Google Sheet or CRM)
Follow up (same day + next day follow-up) until closed or declined
Coordinate with the in-house Events/Managers for availability and final confirmation
Graphics + Promotions
Design promotional graphics for IG/FB posts/stories:
weekly specials, holiday promos, league nights, coffee promos, events flyers
Create on-brand templates in Canva so content stays consistent
Produce printable versions when needed (occasional posters/flyers)
Reporting + Organization
Weekly report covering:
followers growth, reach, engagement, top content, DMs/leads volume, bookings influenced
Maintain a content calendar (2–4 weeks planned ahead)
Keep a library of photos/videos, templates, and brand assets organized
Tools You’ll Use
Canva (required)
Meta Business Suite (required)
Google Drive (Docs/Sheets), Gmail
Optional: CapCut/InShot (video edits), Later/Buffer (if approved)
Required Skills / Qualifications
2+ years managing social media for a business (restaurant/hospitality/entertainment = big plus)
Strong written English (clear, friendly, professional)
Comfortable communicating by phone with customers (US-based customers)
Canva design ability (clean, modern promotional graphics)
Strong organization + fast response times
Understanding of customer service and lead follow-up (you don’t just “reply,” you move it forward)
