Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager who will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our social media presence.
Your role will include setting up company social media accounts, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and helping us build a strong online presence in the construction industry.
This position is remote and ideal for someone who is experienced in social media marketing and content creation.

Responsibilities
Social Media Setup

Create and optimize the company’s social media accounts including:

• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube (optional)
• TikTok (optional)

Ensure profiles are fully optimized with:

• Professional branding
• Company description
• Logo and cover images
• Contact information
• Website links

Content Creation
Create engaging posts related to:

• Construction projects
• Company updates
• Industry insights
• Before/after project photos
• Construction tips
• Recruitment posts

Design posts using tools like:
• Canva
• Adobe Express

Posting & Scheduling
Plan and publish 3–5 posts per week across platforms.
Schedule posts using tools such as:
• Meta Business Suite
• Buffer
• Hootsuite

Account Management
Monitor all social media accounts daily and:
• Respond to messages
• Reply to comments
• Engage with industry content
• Grow followers organically

Growth Strategy
Help grow our audience by:
• Researching hashtags
• Engaging with construction companies
• Connecting with contractors, developers, and architects
• Building brand awareness

Analytics & Reporting
Provide a monthly report showing:
• Follower growth
• Engagement rates
• Post performance
• Suggestions for improvement

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
? Has 2+ years of social media management experience
? Has experience creating professional social media content
? Is skilled in Canva or graphic design tools
? Understands LinkedIn marketing
? Has strong English communication skills
? Is organized and reliable
? Can work independently
Experience with construction or real estate marketing is a plus.

Work Hours
Flexible, but must be able to communicate during U.S. business hours when needed.
Compensation
To be discussed based on experience.
Typical range for this role on OnlineJobs:
$100 – $300 per month (full-time)
