Buckley & Brokers is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Social Media Manager / Community Engagement Manager to help us launch and grow our private community for real estate agents and loan officers.
This is not a typical social media role. We are looking for someone who can help bring a community to life by keeping it active, engaging, valuable, and organized from day one.
In this role, you will help manage activity inside our closed community by researching relevant content, creating posts, sharing updates, and driving daily engagement. A major part of the role will involve posting from multiple user profiles within the platform to help spark conversations, encourage interaction, and create momentum as the community grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Posting consistently inside the Buckley & Brokers community throughout the day
Managing activity across multiple user profiles within the platform
Sharing relevant real estate and mortgage news, articles, updates, tips, tricks, and educational content
Creating engaging conversation starters and discussion posts to encourage member interaction
Helping organize content categories, posting schedules, and overall community flow
Researching trending topics, useful insights, and valuable resources for agents and loan officers
Supporting the launch and early-stage growth of the community by helping it feel active, useful, and alive
Identifying what type of content gets the most engagement and adjusting strategy accordingly
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Someone who is resourceful, self-directed, and able to take initiative
Strong research skills and the ability to find interesting, relevant content quickly
A good understanding of social media, online communities, and engagement strategy
Excellent written communication skills
Someone who understands how to create content that feels natural, helpful, and conversation-driven
Interest in real estate, mortgages, business, marketing, or personal brand content is a big plus
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and staying on top of a high volume of daily posting

Important Notes
This role may involve posting anywhere from 10 to 30 times per day across as many as 10 different logged-in user accounts inside the community, depending on the needs of the launch and growth phase. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with that pace and understands that the goal is to help create energy, activity, and conversation within the group.
