JOB OVERVIEW

WE’RE HIRING – SOCIAL MEDIA & POST PRODUCTION MANAGER (CEBU BASED)
We’re looking for someone sharp, organised, and creative to run the backend of our content pipeline.
This is not just posting on Instagram.
You’ll be the bridge between filmmakers and editors, making sure our content actually gets finished, polished, and released.
You MUST be based in Cebu.
Your Role
• Receive raw footage from filmmakers
• Organise and distribute footage to editors
• Create proxy files and manage file workflows
• Manage a small team of editors
• Work from scripts and direct editors on structure and storytelling
• Track progress across multiple edits and keep everything moving
• Send preview cuts for feedback
• Oversee final delivery of edits
Content Responsibilities
• Cut YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels from long-form content
• Create thumbnails for YouTube episodes
• Schedule and manage content releases across platforms
Requirements (Non-negotiable)
• You MUST live in Cebu
• You MUST be fluent in English
• You MUST have a 2023 or newer Mac capable of handling 4K footage
• You MUST have high-speed, reliable internet for large file transfers
• You MUST have access to large SSD storage
• You MUST not rely heavily on AI tools and be capable of producing high-quality work independently
