Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Salary: $500/month base + performance bonuses

About Us:
I’m Anthony Ogogo, founder of Ogogo Fitness Elite Coaching. I’m a 2012 Olympic bronze medalist boxer, ~18-year professional boxing career, and now also a professional wrestler with AEW. I built Ogogo Fitness to help busy, high-performing men transform their bodies and lives, covering fitness, nutrition, and mindset all in one program. Our content is emotional, story-driven, and built to inspire action. I’m looking for someone to become a core part of my content team, not just an editor, but a real content and growth partner.
What You’ll Do:

• Create and edit Reels, carousels, and other engaging short-form content for Instagram and other platforms, built around real storytelling, not just polish
• Edit client testimonial videos, identifying pain points, breakthroughs, and the emotional moments that resonate with our audience
• Design graphics and visual assets, including before-and-after client transformation pictures
• Research content trends, analyze what’s performing, and double down on what works
• Understand and execute across top-of-funnel (awareness/virality), middle-of-funnel (authority/education), and bottom-of-funnel (conversion) content
• Handle light admin tasks related to the business
• Ultimately: turn non-followers into followers, followers into leads, and leads into clients, through captivating, high-converting content

Who You Are:

• A natural storyteller, you know how to find the emotional core of a piece of content and shape it into something that connects
• Hardworking, reliable, and proactive, comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Data-driven, you actually look at the numbers and use them to guide decisions
• Creative, with a genuine eye for what makes content stop the scroll
• Professional, clear communicator, easy to work with
• Experienced social media manager with a genuine, provable track record of growing pages
• Fitness, coaching, or personal-brand experience is a strong plus, but not required
• Looking for a long-term role where you grow with the brand, not just complete tasks
