Now we need someone who can turn content into VIRAL SALES.

???? Position Overview

Role: Social Media Manager
Hours: 10–30 hours per week (flexible)
Pay:

Base: $3–$5/hour (based on experience & proof of results)
PLUS commission % of total sales generated from your content
(Commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.)

This role is designed for someone who wants to earn through performance.

1?? Create Viral Content

Proven ability to create posts that reached high views / engagement
Understand trends, hooks, storytelling, short-form psychology
Repurpose UGC into high-performing videos
Combine KOL content into optimized viral posts
Understand TikTok algorithm

???? Proof of viral posts is a HUGE advantage.

2?? Sales-Focused Strategy

Create content that converts (not just aesthetic posts)
Strong CTA and buyer psychology understanding
Experience with Amazon sellers expanding to social media is a BIG PLUS

3?? TikTok Shop & Affiliate Experience (Highly Preferred)

Manage TikTok Shop
KOL / Influencer outreach
Affiliate recruitment & tracking
Performance monitoring
Creator negotiation

4?? Paid Ads Experience

TikTok Spark Ads
Scaling viral posts using paid strateg
Basic ad optimization knowledge

5?? Daily Social Media Management

Consistent posting on TikTok / IG / FB
Reply to comments & DMs
