JOB OVERVIEW

A spa in California is looking for a creative, organized person based in the Philippines to help us grow our social media presence and reach more people in San Diego.

This is a social media and administrative role. Phone calls and customer service calls are not required.

What you’ll help with:

* Create and edit short, engaging Reels using photos and videos we provide
* Write natural captions and schedule posts across our social media accounts
* Help us share Kiwi Spa’s services and offers with relevant San Diego audiences
* Monitor comments and messages and flag anything that needs a response from our team
* Keep content files, posting schedules, and other administrative tasks organized
* Share simple updates on what was posted and how the content performed

We’re looking for someone who has experience creating Reels, writes clear English, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while following our brand direction. Experience with a spa, skincare, or beauty business is a plus.

Compensation & Growth
Months 1-4: $550
Months 5-8: $600
Months 9-12: $650
