We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture. You aren't just looking to "post content"—you are here to grow an audience, foster a community, and leverage the latest technology to stay ahead of the curve.
1. The Process: Strategy & Execution
You will be the heartbeat of our social presence. Your weekly flow will include:
Strategy & Scheduling: Maintaining and evolving a comprehensive content strategy and publishing schedule.
Content Improvement: Constantly auditing our output to ensure every post is better than the last.
AI-Driven Research: Using AI tools to brainstorm, research trends, and ideate high-performing content concepts.
Team Collaboration: Coordinating closely with our video editors to ensure the creative vision is executed perfectly.
Community Management: Actively engaging with our audience to build brand loyalty and managing comment automation.
Weekly Reporting: Analyzing metrics to see what’s working, what isn't, and pivoting based on data.
2. The Skill Set: Creative & Analytical
We need someone who balances a "perfectionist" eye with a "growth" mindset.
Native-Level English: Exceptional writing and communication skills are non-negotiable.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices (IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
Graphic Design: Ability to create or polish aesthetic assets using modern design tools.
Attention to Detail: You catch the typos and formatting errors before the audience does.
Passion & Teachable Spirit: You have a genuine love for social media and a hunger to keep learning as the industry shifts.
3. The Toolbox: Software Agnostic & Tech Savvy
We don’t care if you have a "favorite" app; we care that you can master the best app for the job.
Software Agnostic: You are comfortable jumping into new interfaces and aren't intimidated by a software switch.
Core Stack: Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, and Notion.
Automation & Schedulers: Experience with social media scheduling platforms and comment automation tools (e.g., ManyChat).
4. Experience: Proven Results
This is the most critical part of the application. We are looking for:
Growth Evidence: A proven track record (case studies or portfolios) showing you have successfully grown social media accounts from the ground up or scaled existing ones.
AI Fluency: A deep understanding of how AI is transforming social media management—from prompt engineering for ideation to workflow automation.
