Job Title: Social Media & Lead Generation Manager

Job Description:
Westward Renovation is looking for a sharp, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Lead Generation Manager to help us generate organic leads and book qualified appointments.
We need someone who understands how to build attention online, create trust with homeowners, and turn content into real inquiries. This role is not just about posting pretty pictures. We want someone who can help grow our presence, create strategic content, run ads, and bring in real opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage and grow our Instagram and
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and before/after project features
• Write captions and messaging that attract homeowners and build trust
• Create and manage
• Help develop a content strategy focused on generating inbound leads
• Stay consistent with posting and audience engagement
• Track performance and help improve results over time
• Coordinate with us on promotions, offers, and brand messaging
• Help position Westward Renovation as a trusted name in remodeling
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience managing social media for a business, preferably in construction, remodeling, home services, real estate, or design
• Ability to create content that feels professional, clean, and trustworthy
• Experience running paid ads on Meta platforms
• Understanding of how to generate leads, not just likes and followers
• Strong communication and organization
• Ability to take initiative and bring ideas to the table
• Basic graphic design / video editing skills preferred
• Experience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, and
Big Plus If You:
• Understand the remodeling or contractor space
• Know how to create local content that attracts homeowners
• Have experience turning social media into booked calls or appointments
• Can help with both organic content and paid strategy
