JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for creative, reliable content creators to manage Instagram accounts and post daily Reels for a fast-growing mobile app in the car/speed niche.

What You'll Do
- Manage 2 Instagram accounts
- Create and post 4 Reels per day
- Follow our exact content playbook — hooks, templates, and formats are provided
- Post on schedule and follow guidelines

What We Provide
- Ready-to-use hooks, scripts, and templates
- Raw footage and clips to work with
- Simple step-by-step playbook (no guesswork)
- Training and onboarding support

Compensation (paid weekly via wise)
Base Pay: $2.50/hr

Performance Bonuses:
- Posts hitting **100K+ views** = bonus reward
- Monthly content challenges with cash prizes
- Top-performing creators get more accounts (= more hours = more pay)

This is a long-term position. We reward consistency and results — not just showing up.

Requirements
- Smartphone with Instagram access
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Reliable internet connection
- Available to post daily (including weekends)
- Follows instructions precisely — no freelancing or going off-script
- Communicates proactively on ----------
