Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: USD $500–$700 per month (based on experience)
- Full-time position
- 2 days Paid Time Off (PTO) per month after successful completion of the 30-day trial period

Work Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Manila time)
- 8 hours per day

About the Role
- We are a digital marketing agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team.
- This role involves creating, managing, and growing multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, - TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter/X (Threads). You will handle daily posting, follow platform best practices, track performance, and help accounts grow organically.
- This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable managing multiple accounts, and able to maintain consistent daily output.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Plan and execute daily content posting schedules
- Develop platform-specific posting and growth strategies
- Monitor account performance and optimize content accordingly
- Maintain organized records of account credentials and metrics
- Ensure accounts follow natural and authentic growth patterns
- Apply best practices for account security and scaling
- Perform basic video editing using CapCut

Technical Requirements
- Personal computer dedicated for work use only (not shared during shifts)
- Ability to run time-tracking software (Gastime, DeskTime, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of proxy usage for account management
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Backup internet connection for outages
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience using social media management tools
- Basic proficiency in CapCut for video editing

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (high B to C level)
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good technical skills with computers and mobile devices
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience using Apple devices (MacBooks and iPhones)

- Experience with social media growth strategies
- Knowledge of content curation and platform best practices
- Familiarity with social media analytics
- Ability to adapt to frequent platform updates and algorithm changes
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
