What You’ll Be Doing

Daily Posting & Scheduling
Upload reels, carousels, and stories on Instagram
Repurpose content to TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Optimize captions, hashtags, and timing
Engagement (This is critical)
Reply to comments and DMs quickly
Leave thoughtful comments on other accounts to drive traffic back
Start conversations — not just respond

Growth Execution
Identify trending formats and adapt them fast
Suggest improvements to content performance
Track what works and double down

Content Coordination
Work with editor/creator to ensure content is posted consistently
Organize content calendar
Keep everything moving
