Title: Social Media Manager
Focus: Dual role between influencer + social and elevate the execution of both in terms of
getting social content + copywriting, etc.
Social Media Management & Strategy
- Platform Management: Manage and scale the NordicTrack Pilates presence on Instagram, TikTok, and
- Content Calendar: Develop and execute a monthly calendar that aligns with iFIT workout releases and new product launches.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with the Pilates community (comments, DMs, and tagged posts) within a 24-hour window to maintain a high-touch, "boutique studio" feel.
- Social Listening: Track competitor movements in the "Connected
Pilates" space and identify trending conversations for the brand to join.
Content Production
- Asset Curation & Repurposing: High-frequency editing of professional
iFIT trainer footage and brand b-roll into "social-first" formats (e.g., cutting
a 20-minute workout into a 30-second "3 Moves for Core Stability" Reel).
- Creative Direction: Provide "Creative Briefs" to influencer partners to
ensure their original content meets NordicTrack’s premium aesthetic and
technical accuracy (e.g., correct form on the Reformer).
- Trend Adaptation: Utilize native platform tools (trending audio,
text-to-speech, and overlays) to keep the brand relevant within the fitness
algorithm.
Influencer Marketing & Relations
- Sourcing & Vetting: Identify and outreach to high potential
influencers/ambassadors, including certified Pilates instructors, physical
therapists, and high-performance athletes.
- Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer
campaigns, from product seeding/delivery of reformers to reviewing and
approving creative assets.
- Affiliate Management: Manage influencer tracking links or promo codes
to measure direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales impact.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monthly Analytics: Provide a report detailing key performance indicators
(KPIs), including:
- Engagement Rate per platform.
- Growth in follower base.
- Influencer ROI (Reach, sentiment, and conversions).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current on fitness industry trends, specifically "Connected
Pilates" and "Low-Impact Strength," to ensure NordicTrack remains a market leader.
