Social Media Manager
5 Seasons Homestays - Property Management & Co-hosting
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $600 - $800 USD/month

About Us
We're a growing vacation rental property management company showcasing beautiful short-term rental properties. We need a creative Social Media Manager to build our brand, create engaging content, and drive bookings through social media.

What You'll Do
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Transform property photos into dynamic videos using AI tools
Design and publish Instagram/Facebook Stories and Reels
Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to drive bookings
Develop and execute social media content calendar
Engage with followers and build online community
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy
Write compelling captions and ad copy

Required Skills
? 2+ years social media management experience (hospitality/travel/real estate preferred)
? AI photo-to-video conversion skills (Runway, Pika, D-ID, CapCut, or similar)
? Facebook Ads experience - proven track record with campaigns and ROI
? Instagram & Facebook expertise - Stories, Reels, content best practices
? Content creation - graphics, videos, engaging captions
? Excellent written English
? Self-starter - can work independently
? Full-time availability

Nice to Have
? GoHighLevel (GHL) platform experience
? TikTok content creation
? Graphic design (Canva, Adobe)
? Video editing skills
? Vacation rental/Airbnb social media experience

Compensation
$600 - $800/month (based on experience)
