Your Mission
You will be the digital face of our brand. Your goal is to build a community of homeowners, design enthusiasts, and local partners by creating content that is as polished as our finished projects.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Capture high-quality photo and video (Reels/TikToks) on-site. You aren't afraid to put on a hard hat and boots to get the perfect shot of a tile installation or a demolition day.
Storytelling: Turn a blueprint into a narrative. Highlight our team’s expertise, our clients' excitement, and the "why" behind our design choices.
Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence on Instagram,
Community Engagement: Respond to comments/DMs, engage with local realtors and interior designers, and keep the conversation going.
Paid Social: (Optional/Bonus) Manage small-scale ad budgets to target local homeowners looking to renovate.
What You Bring to the Job site
An Eye for Design: You know how to frame a shot to make a small bathroom look like a spa.
Platform Expertise: You stay ahead of trends and know which audio is about to go viral.
Independence: You can navigate an active construction site safely and professionally.
Communication: You write captions that are professional yet approachable—avoiding jargon while highlighting quality.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media management (Home Services, Real Estate, or Interior Design experience is a massive plus).
A strong portfolio of short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
