JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: AI-Powered Social Media Content Creator — Remote | $1,000–$2,000/month USD

We're AdFlux — an AI video ad platform that helps marketers create scroll-stopping Meta ads in minutes. We're hiring a social media content creator who can write platform-native content that actually performs — not scheduled posts that nobody reads.

This role is heavier on writing than most social media jobs. You won't just be managing accounts — you'll be ghostwriting for marketing influencers, building email sequences, and creating content that drives real business outcomes. AI tools are not optional here. They're how you keep up with the output we need.

What you'll do every day:
Ghostwrite LinkedIn and Instagram captions for marketing influencers in their authentic voice. Write UGC-style hooks and ad scripts for Meta campaigns. Build email sequences for leads and trial users. Research trending content and ads across the Meta Ads Library and adapt them for AdFlux.

You're the right person if:
You can switch tone instantly — from punchy ad copy to conversational email to authentic influencer voice. You understand how real creators write versus how brands write, and you know the difference matters. You use AI tools daily and know how to make content sound human, not generated. You've managed or written for social accounts that have actually grown.

Tools we use:
ChatGPT / Claude, Meta Ads Library, Apify, Google Docs, Notion.

We don't care about:
How many followers your own account has. Whether you've worked at an agency. If your content is good and you move fast, that's what matters.
