We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Growth & Performance)

Mind Artists is building a global ecosystem of coaches, facilitators, and transformational leaders.
We are expanding our content engine across short-form and long-form platforms and looking for a Social Media Manager who understands growth, positioning, and distribution at a high level.

This role focuses on building authority, driving reach, and turning ideas into measurable traction.

Your Role:
Transform long-form recordings into high-performing short-form content
Craft powerful hooks, titles, and captions
Publish and optimize content across platforms
Track performance metrics (retention, saves, watch time, conversions)
Refine content direction based on data
Contribute to positioning and messaging strategy
You will work directly with the founders and play a central role in shaping our media presence.
