What You’ll Do
YouTube (Long-Form + Shorts)
• Write high-converting thumbnail text concepts, video titles, and YouTube descriptions (keyword-rich formatting, chapters when needed, CTAs).
• Craft strong Shorts titles/captions, hashtag strategy, and pinned comment hooks.
• Manage upload flow in YouTube Studio (metadata, playlists, end screens, cards, pinned comments).
• Collaborate with the editor/creator to align packaging (title + thumbnail concept + hook) with content.
Facebook
• Create
• Repurpose video content into carousels that drive saves, shares, and comments.
• Support community engagement (replying to comments/messages as assigned).
TikTok (Short-Form Growth)
• Post and optimize TikToks with strong captions, hooks, and hashtag strategy.
• Track trends and suggest ideas for stitches/duets, native formats, and weekly content angles.
• Ensure correct formatting (cover selection, keywords, caption length, CTA placement).
• Coordinate posting frequency and test content styles to improve watch time and retention.
X
• Write and schedule daily posts that match brand voice (hooks, threads, quote tweets, replies).
• Repurpose video topics into:
o single-tweet hooks
o short threads
o “hot take” opinion formats
o value bullets / mini frameworks
• Engage strategically (replies, community participation, quote-tweeting relevant accounts).
• Monitor brand mentions and trending conversations relevant to our niche.
Scheduling & Publishing
• Build and maintain a cross-platform content calendar.
• Schedule and publish content using Buffer (required), ensuring platform-native formatting.
• Coordinate posting times, content cadence, and testing plans.
Reporting & Optimization
• Track performance weekly (views, CTR, retention, saves, shares, comments, follower growth).
• Provide clear insights + recommendations: what to double down on, what to stop, what to test.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing social platforms for a brand/creator (portfolio/examples required).
• Strong copywriting skills for YouTube packaging:
o titles that drive CTR without clickbait
o descriptions optimized for search + clarity + conversion
o audience-intent awareness and curiosity hooks
• Experience creating
• Comfortable scheduling content using Buffer.
• Working knowledge of TikTok and X best practices, including:
o hooks + retention basics
o trend awareness
o platform-native voice and formatting
• Organized, consistent, and able to hit deadlines without hand-holding.

• Community management experience
• Reporting dashboards (Sheets, Looker Studio)
