JOB OVERVIEW

The Kaufman Law Firm is a California-based employment law firm that helps employees who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, or treated unfairly at work. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence across Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through strategic content, video reels, and ad campaigns.

You’ll work directly with our team to plan, create, and post engaging content that educates and connects with our audience — and help more people learn about their workplace rights.

Key Responsibilities
• Website management
• Google Ads
• Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create visually appealing posts and Reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Write captions in clear, professional English consistent with our law firm’s tone.
• Schedule posts and track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Assist with boosted posts and Facebook/Instagram ads (we’ll train on this if needed).
• Collaborate with our internal team to align posts with current legal topics and campaigns.
• Occasionally monitor comments, messages, and inquiries and forward leads to our intake team.

Ideal Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok trends.
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with professional services (law, medical, finance, or consulting) preferred.
