We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to run and grow multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. This isn’t a “post when you can” role. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, posting, community management, and helping shape what we film based on what’s working right now.
We want someone who understands proven best practices, stays on top of trends, and can execute consistently—while keeping everything professional, on-brand, and high quality.
What you’ll be doing
Manage multiple client and internal social accounts across IG / TikTok / LinkedIn / YouTube Shorts
Build weekly/monthly content plans based on growth goals and performance
Create high-performing content including:
Carousels designed to drive saves/shares
Posts that drive comments + conversations
Short-form content packaging (hooks, captions, posting formats, titles where needed)
Set up posting schedules, publish content, and keep everything organized
Reply to comments + DMs, build community, and keep engagement strong
Monitor trends and industry angles, and bring ideas proactively
Tell our team what to record:
content topics, hooks, angles, and examples of what’s currently winning
shot lists / simple filming prompts (what we should capture each week)
Maintain brand consistency across tone, visuals, and messaging
Track performance and report weekly on what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next
Quality standards (non-negotiable)
Everything must be clean, professional, and on-brand
No shortcuts
No AI-generated designs or templated visuals
No grammar errors (captions, overlays, post text—everything must be polished)
Strong attention to detail: spacing, formatting, alignment, consistency
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (agency or multi-account experience is a big plus)
Strong understanding of platform best practices:
Instagram (reels + carousels + stories)
TikTok (hooks, pacing, trends)
LinkedIn (professional positioning + high-retention copy)
YouTube Shorts (retention + packaging)
Can create carousels/posts that drive engagement (not just “nice looking”)
Excellent writing skills and strong grasp of tone/brand voice
Highly organized: can manage multiple accounts without things slipping
Comfortable taking ownership and bringing ideas without being asked
