BOSS helps small businesses across all industries grow through marketing and operations support.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Creative who lives and breathes design, storytelling, and trends. This is the level of creativity and polish we’re looking for: ---------- /spotify . If you can’t confidently create content at that standard, this role may not be the right fit.

You’ll be responsible for crafting content that resonates with US audiences whether it’s a punchy carousel, a TikTok-style reel, or a campaign that showcases what BOSS does, the services we offer, and how we help small businesses grow.

What You’ll Do:
-Design & schedule branded social media posts
-Write captions that are engaging, concise, and culturally relevant for US markets
-Repurpose content (blogs, pitch decks, task lists) into eye-catching posts
-Track performance & suggest improvements (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn)
-Stay on top of US social trends, ---------- s, and cultural ---------- nts

What We’re Looking For:
-Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and strong communication skills.
-5+ years of experience working as a social media expert
-Creative person who knows how to balance text, images, layouts, etc.
-High-end Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
-Understanding of US tone, humor, and brand voice
-Video editing basics (short-form content, reels, TikTok-style) a plus
-Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple clients/brands at once
-Communicate and be familiar with using Slack

Nice to Have:
-Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads campaigns)
-Experience with analytics tools (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
