WHO WE ARE
I’m Kelli Musa — functional medicine practitioner, Harvard-credentialed nutrition specialist, peptide therapy expert, and founder of The Metabolic Code. I speak on stages. I build programs that change women’s health outcomes. I have a point of view that is sharp, clinical, and deeply personal.
My content needs to reflect that. That’s why I’m hiring.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS
This is not a post-and-ghost job. I’m looking for a Social Media Manager who understands brand-building at a strategic level — someone who could reverse-engineer any creator’s growth in an afternoon and tell me exactly why it’s working.
If Jen Gottlieb, Alex Hormozi, and Dr. Gabrielle Lyon had a baby and that baby became a Social Media Manager — that’s who I’m looking for.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
? Manage and execute our Instagram content calendar — Reels, Carousels, Stories — with zero hand-holding
? Write captions in my voice: bold, clinical authority meets best-friend energy
? Produce polished Canva assets from creative briefs — editorial, not template-y
? Schedule content through SocialBee and maintain a clean content tracker
? Manage DM automation flows in ManyChat or GoHighLevel — keeping the “D ---------- TABOLIC” funnel converting
? Research trending audio, hooks, and formats and bring me ideas before I ask
? Analyze performance and tell me the truth — with data to back it up

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY KNOW
Platform Intelligence:
? Instagram’s algorithm at a mechanical level — not “post consistently” advice
? The difference between brand-building content and conversion content — and when to use each
? How Reels are structured to retain attention: hook, pattern interrupt, payoff
Content & Copy:
? You write in other people’s voices without losing what makes them distinct
? Your captions move people — they don’t just inform, they compel
? You understand that in health and wellness, trust is the entire product
Tools (required):
? Canva — Advanced level
? SocialBee, Later, or equivalent scheduler
? ManyChat or GoHighLevel for DM automation
? CapCut or InShot for basic Reels editing
? Google Drive and Sheets for content management

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
? You’ve grown or significantly scaled a personal brand Instagram account
? You can name a creator killing it right now and explain exactly why their content works
? You’ve managed DM funnels that connect organic content to actual bookings or sales
? You’ve written content for a health or wellness brand
? You follow Jen Gottlieb, Alex Hormozi, or Dr. Gabrielle Lyon — and can speak intelligently about their content strategy
